Explore the leafy river banks around Luss on this easy and beautiful circuit starting from the village centre. The walk follows the free section of the newish Loch Lomond Faerie Trail with ornate wooden carvings which kids should love – enquire locally if you fancy extending the route onto the paid-for part. The usually-sedate Luss Water is the delightful companion for most of the route, finally replaced by Loch Lomond itself for the final stretch into the heart of Luss village – with several options for refreshment which are likely to be crowded at peak times.
