πŸ› οΈ Full circuit not currently possible as footbridge just after Dog Falls is closed for maintenance (checked April 2024), though due to re-open in the next few weeks

Dog Falls (woof!) has the most accessible trailhead in Glen Affric – perhaps one of the world’s most beautiful glens. The waterfalls are pretty but views are frustratingly limited from the official viewing platforms, though with care it’s possible to get closer to the river in a couple of spots. Forestry and Land Scotland have devised 3 waymarked trails which explore further afield than the falls themselves, and they can be easily combined to form a interesting circuit (albeit with a less interesting middle part). This culminates in a surprise view into the dramatic upper reaches of Glen Affric, with lofty Munros visible on a clear day, often snowcapped well into the summer months.
