โ˜…โ˜…

Set amongst colourful gardens in the Old Town district of Galashiels, Old Gala House is one of the town’s oldest buildings. Built in 1583, it was once home to the Lords of Galashiels and is now full of local history displays and art installations. Although parts of the museum now have a modern appearance, some of the most interesting aspects of the old building have been preserved, such as its beautiful painted ceiling which dates to the 17th century.
