📌 Musselburgh, East Lothian

Romans, the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh, fishing, milling, tapestries and the story behind the Honest Toun motto: East Lothian’s largest town comes with quite a lot of history, and Musselburgh Museum does an admirable job of fitting it into a single room. The museum opened in 2010 and is an interesting addition to the High Street – worth popping into for a quick browse.
