“Stuffy” and “stuffed” are the two words which best describe the Hunterian Zoology Museum, which is easily missed down narrow alleyways away from the more photogenic parts of the University of Glasgow main campus. Despite an overenthusiastic heating system and an old fashioned feel, we think this eclectic collection is worth a visit, with specimens ranging from sea sponges to seabirds, members of the crocodylia order and even an elephant skeleton.
