πŸ“Œ Spean Bridge, Highland
β˜…β˜…

Starting at the evocative Commando Memorial, this easygoing circuit pays a visit to High Bridge: a ruined bridge once forming part of General Wade’s military road network across the Highlands. The path continues to the outskirts of Spean Bridge, from where the main road can be followed uphill back to the start. Although much of the route is sheltered by trees, we recommend saving this one for a clear day to take full advantage of the views of Ben Nevis and Aonach MΓ²r to the south as well as the hills around Glen Loy to the west.
