๐Ÿ“Œ Torrisdale, Highland
โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

Torrisdale Bay is a vast beach stretching between Torrisdale and Bettyhill on Scotland’s north coast, backed by the rocky hillock of Druim Chuibhe. Rivers at either end – the River Borgie and the River Naver – prevent direct access from both settlements, reserving the pristine sands for those who are prepared to walk half a mile or so from the nearest roads. The shipwreck of the SS John Randolph is prominent towards the west end of the beach at low tide.

Is the car park easily located? Many thanks

    • Hi Marisa. The car park location is mentioned in the “Location & info” section – you can click on the What3words link (in orange) to see the location of the car park on a map. If I recall correctly, the car park is not signposted.
