πŸ“Œ Kenmore, Perth & Kinross
β˜…β˜…β˜…

Thousands of years ago, people lived in wooden dwellings perched on stakes above many of Scotland’s thousands of lochs. Loch Tay was one such location, and here lies the Scottish Crannog Centre – re-telling the story of crannogs and the lifestyles of their inhabitants. The latest incarnation of this attraction is a newly-built, iron age village and museum, replacing an older version on the other side of the loch which sadly burned down in 2021. We haven’t visited since the change of location, but look forward to returning!
