This historic textile mill on Knockando Burn is worth a visit if you’re touring this quiet part of Speyside, or the nearby Cardhu Distillery. Established in 1784, the mill now weaves a mixture of classic and contemporary clothing and blankets; self guided tours of the production areas are available, or you can book one with a real person in advance. We’ve mislaid our photos from our own trip, but hope to organise a return visit in the near future.
