The UK’s east coast straddling the Anglo-Scottish border is particularly rocky, so it’s a nice surprise to find this little beach just north of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Fisherman’s Haven may be overlooked by a caravan park, but once you’re down at sea level it doesn’t matter. 500 metres of sand, rock shelves, a couple of small caves and the great expanse of the North Sea.
