πŸ“Œ Eoropie, Isle of Lewis
β˜…β˜…β˜…

Decorated with a lighthouse and a collection of sea stacks, the Butt of Lewis is the northernmost point of the Isle of Lewis, and the top of the outer Hebridean island chain. Famously windy, this seems like a fabulous place to visit in all weathers and seasons, with spring and summertime seabirds and wild autumnal / winter storms. The circuit below follows the gneiss cliffs north to the lighthouse from wonderful Eoropie Beach, returning inland via minor roads and ancient St Moluag’s Church.
