📌 Funzie, Isle of Fetlar, Shetland Isles
★★★

Funzie Ness is a prominent headland towards the southeast side of Fetlar. Peppered by geos and surrounded by sea stacks and natural arches (including one spectacular one), this is probably the island’s most rewarding section of coastline to explore. The first part of the route passes the Loch of Funzie, where rare red-necked phalaropes may be spotted during summer.
