Strathisla is one of Scotland’s most accessible distilleries, found a comfortable walking distance from both Keith town centre and its two railway stations. It’s also a record-breaker, being the country’s oldest continuously operating distillery (the italicised portion is significant), and is the spiritual home of the famous Chivas Brothers blend / brand. Attractive pagoda chimneys and a water wheel nestle amongst verdant gardens making for a photogenic spot – though the tour is no longer as cheap as it once was!
