πŸ“Œ St Boswells, Scottish Borders
β˜…β˜…β˜…

This circuit follows the banks of the River Tweed as it meanders around St Boswells: an attractive village named after a monk from nearby Melrose Abbey. As well as featuring splendid riverside views, the route passes a collection of interesting manmade sights: the neoclassical Temple of the Muses, the impressive 12th century ruin of Dryburgh Abbey (with admission charge) and two old bridges – one for motor vehicles, one for pedestrians only.
