Jura Distillery provides the focal point for the village of Craighouse, and indeed the entire island of Jura. Our experience of the standard tour was fairly rapid and informal, but still managed to feel special – Jura is just that sort of place. The distillery produces a varied choice of whiskies – both peated and unpeated, and distilled in Scotland’s second tallest stills.
